Update - after my post, Christine from Integrity called me. She explained that if my insurance doesn’t cover the x-ray, they do not charge me back for it. She explained they take a panoramic x-ray when you’re a new patient in order to get a baseline. I appreciate the time Christine took in calling and explaining this to me. Again, this is what happens when you jump to assumptions.

I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist. Dr. Kapoor took the time to make sure I was ok. The staff is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they took a panoramic x-ray which I will most likely have to pay for out of pocket as I found out my dental insurance pays for one panoramic x-ray every 3 years. I assumed the staff checked with my insurance company before suggesting the x-ray. I guess that’s what happens when assumptions are made. However, I would have liked more transparency.

I had a fantastic experience at Integrity Dental. There was absolutely no wait time, which I really appreciated. I’m usually very anxious about dental visits, but Dr. Ravi was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring; she took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped put me at ease. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and the office was clean and well organized. This was one of the most comfortable dental visits I’ve ever had—highly recommend!

Integrity Dental is amazing. I have been using them for over 20 years. Doctor Ravi and the entire staff are all so friendly and easy going. I have had a great fear of dental work since I was a child. First time to a new dentist in a very long time. I was very nervous to say the least! Integrity dental was so wonderful and professional.
