Incredibile: technology, personnel, organization, expertise and best of all internal communication. You're asked at check-in to take a seat in the waiting area and enjoy a hot beverage. Moments later your name is called you show your wristband and the tech does his/her thing professionally and with a smile then you are escorted to the next area if I, moments later you name is called again. No need to say much, once they have identified you that's it no questions on their part, but ask anything until your heart's content. There is no rushing they want you to be comfortable and confident. I don't know how but at the check-out area the signal to you and ask if your name is x and waiting to check out. The best most respectfully care I have ever received. If I need more care that's my place of choice!

I recently returned to Integrity Dental after going to another dentist only because it was closer to home and convenient for my kids to walk to. I’m so glad I came back. The staff are friendly, professional, and make me feel comfortable every visit. The office is clean, smells great, and there is never a long wait to be seen. I was very worried about the procedure at first, but Dr.Kapoor and the incredible staff at Integrity Dental were so amazing. I would highly recommend them. I have already recommended them to my friends.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but when an experience is truly exceptional, it deserves to be shared.

I’ve had repeated trauma with dentists throughout my life, which made me very resistant to going as an adult. Walking into Integrity Dental, I carried a lot of that anxiety with me. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Kapoor, it completely changed. His presence is incredibly calm, gentle, and reassuring. He explained every step of what he was doing, educated me on my options, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable the entire time. I felt safe in a dental chair for the first time in my life.

I even had two cavity fillings done back-to-back, and it was genuinely a breeze.

His assistant Jackie was phenomenal — nurturing, attentive, and extremely professional. She made me feel cared for the entire time. The entire office staff is just as wonderful; from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness.

If you’ve ever had dental anxiety or past trauma like I have, Integrity Dental is the place to go. I’m honestly blown away by the level of care.

For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning in six months. I truly hope that if someone with similar dental anxiety finds this review, it brings them the relief and reassurance they’re looking for.

Good dentist and all staff are nice they make sure your taking care of and explained it to what u needed, I love the my dentist hygienist she is the best I forgot her name, she is awesome. allowed to take video while doing my teeth.
